- The solution is intuitive and customizable while meeting the needs of dual consumers, our business partners, and job seekers.
- Jobseekers and business partner data and deliverables in the following areas:
• Job postings and job board: upload and manage job postings including removing and hiding postings by expiration dates.
• Events manager: support face-to-face and virtual events advertising, registration and communication for hiring events, employer briefings, employer recruitments trainings, workshops, graduations, etc.
• Surveys: manage employer and consumer satisfaction surveys tied to specific services, activities or events
• Employer contacts: ability to manage employer accounts and general employer contact information and search information by employer and industry
• Activity and service utilization tracking: track communication and activities and service utilization by employers, consumers and staff
• Employment outcomes data collection: track data regarding employment outcomes
• Staff engagement: user interface for staff to work with assigned consumers, refer to specific jobs and employers, and manage experiential learning including job driven training enrollments and completions
• Document management: ability to share or access any documents uploaded
• Export into an excel and csv file: application can export into an excel and csv file.
