- Objective:
• Educates employees about available benefit plans in a clear, engaging, and personalized manner
• Guides employees through plan comparisons and cost implications
• Assists employees in selecting plans that best meet their individual and family needs
• Promotes confident and informed benefits decisions
• Supports year-round access to benefits education and resources
- Benefit enrollment program guidance/advice, via an interactive platform, for use by college employees based on program data provided by the college.
- It is anticipated that the proposed platform should advise employees about their benefit choices be based on a series of questions to try and determine which medical, dental, life, ltd, optional life, dependent life plans are going to best meet the needs of the employee.
- The advice should also take into consideration total costs, including premium dollars, and maximum out-of-pocket expenses.

- Medicare guidelines/advice, via an interactive platform for use by allowing employees to understand the rules and obligations.
- Supplemental Retirement/Deferred Annuity program guidelines/advice, via an interactive platform for use by allowing employees to understand the options available for optional 403(b) and 457(b) plans.
- Access to interactive platform/program advice must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Interactive platform must be live by October 1, 2026, to assist with the College annual open enrollment period and new hire orientation enrollment.
- Must include all solution capabilities in a clear and detailed manner such as:
• Full capabilities of the product; additional features, and value-added services; self-service features, etc.
• Usability and the number of organizations and institutes utilizing the proposed product;
• Enrollment management and reporting for employees and employer;
• Ease of use and time benefits;
• Plan comparison capabilities and sampling reporting;
• Multilingual Platform;
• Accessible by all mobile screens including smartphones (Android and iOS), tablets and laptops;
• Virtual Benefits Service Provider Solution Narrative; Offeror must provide a detailed narrative regarding its proposed virtual benefits service provider solution.
