Public Address Systems

The Vendor is required to provide rental of public address systems.
- Small system configuration
•    Amplification adequate for an audience of approximately 200 - 400 people.
•    Minimum 6-channel mixing board.
•    Minimum of 6 microphones.
•    Minimum of 4 two-way speakers on tripods and 2 monitor wedges.
•    Aux cable with iPhone, Android and Mp3and CD player accessibility.
•    Qualified operator.
- Medium system configuration
•    Amplification adequate for an audience of approximately 1,000 - 1,500 people.
•    Minimum 16-channel mixing board.
•    Minimum of 16 microphones.
•    Minimum of 4 three-way speakers or 4 two-way tops and 4 subs.
•    Minimum of 5 stage monitors and 4 monitor mixes.
•    Active crossover.
•    Minimum 31-band equalization for parametric notch filler per mix.
•    Compression and digital effects.
•    Aux cable with iPhone and android and mp3and CD player accessibility.
•    Capabilities to show an outdoor movie including screen and projector
•    Qualified operator.
- Large system configuration
•    Amplification adequate for an audience of approximately 2,000 – 12,000 people.
•    Minimum 24-channel mixing board.
•    Minimum of 24 microphones.
•    Minimum of 6 three-way or four-way speaker stacks or 6 two-way tops and 6 subs.
•    Minimum of 8 stage monitors and 3-4 monitor mixes.
•    Active crossover.
•    Minimum 31-band equalization for parametric notch filler on both mains and monitors per mix.
•    Compression and digital effects.
•    Aux cable with iPhone, android and mp3and CD player accessibility.
•    Capabilities to show an outdoor movie including screen and projector
•    Qualified operator.
•    Scaffolding if required.
