Warehouse Management System

The Vendor is required to provide warehouse management system (WMS) that will be used to manage inventory levels, track supply orders, produce packing lists, track shipments, and receive supplies back into inventory.
-  Software as a service (SaaS) solution that will provide agency with a modern, flexible and expandable solution capable of supporting both the current and future business needs of the organization through new and improved functionality and technology.
- Deliver a WMS with the following key aspects:
•    Real-time inventory visibility.
•    Supply ordering and receiving tracking.
•    Streamlined packing processes.
•    Mobile accessibility – a dedicated mobile app or responsive web interface that allows management of inventory using a tablet and touch screen.
•    Preference is that data is hosted within country, however solutions that are hosted elsewhere may be considered.
•    Deliver a robust set of administration and management tools for agency staff to manage inventory, purchase orders, and packing list templates.
•    Assist agency implementing the solution (if necessary).
•    Provide comprehensive user and technical support as required.
•    Train agency staff to administer and manage the features within the system.
•    Meet project timelines for implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Solution type
•    A commercial off the shelf (cots) solution provided as a SaaS is preferred.
- WMS capacity
•    Up to 1,000 active products, and up to 1,000 inactive products.
•    Up to 200 products in a packing list.
•    Products added to lists based on a per constituency, per voting area, per voting location, per advance voting location, and per other voting location basis.
