- The dash board must align outcomes with existing strategic plan measures, KPIs, and reporting cycles so the tool is embedded in regular management and communication practices.

• Dashboard must use and customize agency Data, validate measures, and ensure that reported metrics accurately represent agency services and strategic priorities and the dash board must be capable of peer-to-peer data analysis.
