RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide enterprise pro endpoint management and remote monitoring and management (RMM) software for include: 
- Software features
•    Cloud native, SaaS platform hosted in a data center
•    No on premises management servers required
•    Html5 web based management console
•    Role based access control (RBAC)
•    Single pane of glass endpoint management
•    Integrations:
o    Crowd strike
o    Tenable
o    Bit locker key retrieval
o    Microsoft Intune
•    RMM features:
o    Real time monitoring (CPU, memory, disk, network, services)
o    Automated alerting (configurable thresholds)
o    Script based automation
o    Remote command execution and scripting
o    Scheduled and on demand tasks
•    Patch management:
o    Automated OS patching for windows, macOS, Linux
o    Third party application patching
o    Ai based patch intelligence
o    Vulnerability scanner integrations (tenable, rapid7, Qualys)
o    Patch workflows, scheduling, compliance reporting, rollback
•    Reporting and compliance:
o    Centralized monitoring/patching/backup reporting
o    Audit trails
o    Exportable compliance reports
•    Remote access and support (a remote desktop app)
o    Secure encrypted remote sessions
o    Unattended and attended support
o    No VPN required
o    File transfer, clipboard support
o    Session auditing and logging
•    Endpoint policy management:
o    Software and OS deployment
o    Hardware inventory and warranty tracking
o    Real time notifications and self-healing
o    Scheduled, triggered, ad hoc tasks
o    Custom fields
o    SSO with azure Entra id (formerly azure ad)
o    Mobile app (iOS and android).
- Support and maintenance
•    Vendor reachable via phone, email, ticketing system
•    Public works must have access to vendor ticketing system
•    Support hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST
•    Platform availability at least 99% per calendar month
•    Ongoing SaaS updates at no additional charge
•    Access to knowledge base and documentation
•    Regular updates and enhancements included
•    Sla backed availability with 24×7 support and 1 hour response time.
