- RFID software:
• Turnkey radio frequency identification (RFID) software must integrate with PeopleSoft and workday ERP systems to host state inventory data that will be migrated from disparate systems throughout the university.
• It must utilize the state single sign-on architecture based on oracle access management.
• The state asset inventory data to be migrated includes, but is not limited to asset id, the state college that owns the asset, asset description, and all identifying information such as make, model, serial number, and the most recent asset location and custodian.
• RFID software must update state records based on daily scan activity according to an agreed schedule, but at least once daily, with the latest found date, time, and custodian (which can be updated directly in the RFID software) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• RFID software will have a hierarchal security and access design.
• State central administrators will have overall access.
• Campus administrators (property managers) will have access to their specific campuses.
• The system will need to be configured to have tiered access to specific inventories and locations.
• State current inventory with all related details will be uploaded by the vendor.
• Integration will focus exclusively on asset physical information.
• This includes fields such as asset id, custodian, location, serial number, and other asset-specific attributes.
• RFID software needs to have a search capability.
• RFID software must be capable of exporting data to an excel spreadsheet for report creation and form creation.
