The Vendor is required to provide co-curricular activity tracking system to effectively track, assess, and report on student co-curricular activities, supporting experiential learning, engagement analytics, and transcript generation.

• Comprehensive student organization, event management, and student engagement system deployed as an externally hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, accessible via a web-based client and application.
• The system must be capable of ingesting all or selected part(s) of the dataset to include student organization list, organization executive rosters, organization membership rosters, students' past involvement history, and student's past event attendance.
• The system must be able to be implemented with minimal it support.
• Ongoing the operation should require minimal or no it support from the institution.
• The company proposing the system has been serving institutions’ operations equal to or larger than our institution for at least four years.
• Demographic and academic data must be imported and synchronized from the campus system at least daily.
