Furnish Secure File Transfer Solution

The Vendor is required to provide furnish secure file transfer solution for include:
•    Enables users to send and receive large files, including files of at least 1 TB in size. 
•    Must provide centralized administrative controls that allow the authority to define organization-wide policies such as file access duration, sharing methods, and permissions governing who is allowed to share files. 
•    Auditing and reporting capabilities are required, including detailed logs of file transfers, senders and recipients, download activity, and related metadata. 
•    The solution should also support file type restrictions. 
•    The solution must integrate with authority existing Microsoft o365 tenant, leverage o365’s native authentication and single sign-on (SSO), and reference existing o365 user accounts. 
•    The creation or management of separate user accounts within the solution is not desired. 
•    The solution may be offered as either an on-premises deployment or a SaaS hosted solution, with a preference for a SaaS model. 
•    Licensing should not be user-based; a usage-based pricing model is strongly preferred, such as pay-per-use or consumption-based billing.
