Case Management Software and Database Services

The Vendor is required to provide case management software and database services for a web-based platform capable of entry, tracking, and management of statewide investigations.
- Requirement:
•    Include the ability to customize field names, menu selections, and modifications to fit the needs of the department. 
•    Provide access and use for an unlimited number of users and workstations to be granted at the discretion of the department. 
•    Allow for web-based access compliant with most internet browsers. 
•    Provide varying levels of access which will keep investigations confidential and prevent unauthorized viewing. 
•    Provide the ability to block access from selected users. 
•    Allow document storage linked to reports such as audio, video, images, word, pdf etc. 
•    Include ability to assign cases and tasks to individual investigators and workflow for review and approval with customizable due dates and notifications for new assignments. 
•    Provide logging and tracking of user access and changes, with a viewable audit trail. 
•    Include the ability to export ad hoc statistical reports with customizable data points. 
•    Include corrections specific data for inmates such as state identification number and facility location. 
•    Include ability to link reports by inmate or employee as involved party.
•    Include a public facing portal where citizens can file complaints and receive feedback. 
•    Provide initial training for start-up and continuing training as needed for updates to staff designated by the department. 
•    Provide technical assistance with interface to department infrastructure. 
•    Provide customer service with 24-hour support for high-priority software issues, and defined schedule for response to notifications and resolution of software issues. 
•    Provide the option of hosting the application and databases on cloud-based storage with option to offload documents and files to on-site storage. 
•    Provides security features to protect the privacy of data and its transmission.
