The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive student assessment platform solution that integrates with existing district systems and grade cam, meets all functional, security, and performance requirements, and is implemented in accordance with established timelines and deliverables, including completion of question and test interoperability (QTI) content import and quality assurance of all district tests and items by November 2026.

• The vendor must configure the assessment platform in alignment with district requirements, including user roles, permissions, and security settings.

• The vendor must complete integration with the district’s learning management system (canvas), student information system (focus), and single sign-on environment with Microsoft ENTRA and class link using industry standard protocols, support one-roster formats with full metadata (students, teachers, courses, classes, schools, enrollments, roles, and identifiers), and have full functionality with grade cam for large scale scoring during high stakes testing windows according to the approved implementation plan.
3. Business continuity and disaster recovery
