Comprehensive Student Assessment Platform

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive student assessment platform solution that integrates with existing district systems and grade cam, meets all functional, security, and performance requirements, and is implemented in accordance with established timelines and deliverables, including completion of question and test interoperability (QTI) content import and quality assurance of all district tests and items by November 2026.
- Operational assessment platform supported by structured project management, regular status reporting, onsite implementation support, and professional development for district administrators, school leaders, and instructional staff, resulting in a reliable system that supports secure assessment administration, instructional analysis, and districtwide data use. 
- The current contract concludes in July 2027.
- System configuration and integration
1. System setup and configuration
•    The vendor must configure the assessment platform in alignment with district requirements, including user roles, permissions, and security settings.
2. Systems integration (mandatory)
•    The vendor must complete integration with the district’s learning management system (canvas), student information system (focus), and single sign-on environment with Microsoft ENTRA and class link using industry standard protocols, support one-roster formats with full metadata (students, teachers, courses, classes, schools, enrollments, roles, and identifiers), and have full functionality with grade cam for large scale scoring during high stakes testing windows according to the approved implementation plan.
3. Business continuity and disaster recovery
•    Provide documented recovery point objectives (RPO) and recovery time objectives (RTO) and describe testing frequency and incident communication protocols.

•    Any system outages or performance issues experienced by large district clients in the past 24 months.
•    Platform's uptime guarantee and remediation is offered if not met
3. Data migration
•    Provide a detailed migration plan for 3,000+ assessments including timeline, QTI compatibility, and quality control process.
•    District assessment creators be able to participate in or verify migration of their assessments
•    Historical assessment data and student results remain accessible after migration
4. Security and test administration
•    Secure browser support windows, Chromebook, iOS, and macos devices
•    Capabilities for each platform.
•    Browser lockdown be enforced district-wide for all assessments, not just individually selected ones
•    Secure browser handling of: (a) volume and battery display, (b) background process whitelisting, (c) deployment method, (d) update mechanism.
•    If a student's test ends prematurely, logs are available to determine the cause
•    Touchscreen devices fully supported in secure testing mode
•    Individual items, reports, and scores be locked to certain user groups
5. Reporting and data visualization
•    Demonstrate real-time reporting capabilities. 
•    Data available immediately or is there an overnight processing delay
•    Dashboard and visualization features for: (a) individual student snapshots, (b) classroom reports, (c) school analysis, (d) district roll-ups.
•    Students view their own assessment results and feedback directly in the platform
•    Export capabilities: formats supported (csv, excel), customizable templates, macro-compatible files.
•    Platform aggregate multiple data sources (assessments, fast data, interventions) into unified student profiles
•    Performance bands are able to be customized and reflected into reporting.
6. Assessment creation and administration
•    AI-powered assessment creation tools
•    Assessments be edited after administration begins without creating a new test id
•    Includes changing answer keys or removing question(s) from scoring.
•    Student testing interface mirror the fast assessment format
•    Organize tests in a manner where schools can easily find and administer assessments.
•    Items are organized and easily accessed for editing and test creation.
