The Vendor is required to provide to assess interest, qualifications, and capacity to serve as the homeless management information system (HMIS) administrator responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and compliance of HMIS.
- Required activities
• Identify and describe the HMIS software platform currently in use or proposed software platform
• Maintain active non-profit organizational status
• Operate within state
• Travel as necessary to attend in-person meetings and conduct user training
• Deliver all services within an annual budget not to exceed $150,000 and be fully operational prior to April 1, 2027
• Complete prequalification’ requirements in the state financial system (SFS).
