ERP Transformation Project System

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive s/4hana, success factors and sap partner systems implementation and related advisory services. 
- These services are essential for the successful implementation, advisory, adoption of the s/4hana and success factors platforms.
- The next phase of the city's ERP modernization roadmap will focus on three identified streams: hire-to-retire, procure-to-pay and plan-to-budget.
- Implementation services
•    This includes the deployment and configuration of s/4hana and success factors modules and functionality and implementation and integration with sap partner systems to meet the city's specific needs. 
•    The consultant will be responsible for developing and executing implementation plans, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, conducting knowledge transfer to the city's technical and functional subject matter experts and providing training (as required) to city staff on the new features or enhancements.
- Advisory services
•    This involves providing expert advice on best practices for utilizing the s/4hana platform to improve human resource management, budgeting and procurement services, technical operations and overall performance and efficiency. 
•    The consultant will offer strategic guidance to ensure the successful execution of these projects and assist the city in planning its ERP roadmap. 
•    Other work may involve data diagnostic services.
- Adoption services
•    This involves providing comprehensive training or train-the-trainer programs for city staff on how to effectively use s/4hana, success factors and sap partner systems. 
•    The consultant will develop and deliver training materials, conduct workshops, and offer ongoing support to ensure staff are proficient in using the new modules Aker or systems for s/4hana.
