- Solution overview:
• Description of the proposed system, including core features and architecture
• Hosting options (cloud, on premise hybrid) and data residency compliance
• Specify whether your solution is based on m365 compliance capabilities or operates independently of the m365 ecosystem
• Identify any m365 or other prerequisites or limitations required for integration
• Overview of the solutions mobile and remote (mobile) access capabilities
• Overview of solutions security functionality including the use of single sign-on and agency
• Overview of solutions user interface and accessibility compliance
• Limitations on the number of users, data storage or other key resources in this software
- Functional capabilities:
• Meeting scheduling functions including recurrent meeting type templates, calendar integration an automated invitations and reminders
• Document and resource management including linking documents upload and to agenda storage items, of meeting version documents.
• History and document tracking, assigning permissions and approval workflows.
• Meeting agenda planning and distribution including, agenda reports (forecast) creating, editing and publishing agendas, and agenda addendums and updates.
• Participant management including assigning roles and permissions.
• In-meeting management including roll call and quorum, minute taking, creation of action items.
• Meeting recording and archiving including audio and video recording, closed captioning capabilities and integration with existing Crestron video system.
