Enterprise Resource Planning Platform

The Vendor is required to provide strategic enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform to serve as the digital backbone of its administrative and operational functions.
- Solution will enable to modernize and streamline core processes across finance, human capital management (people) and supply chain management (SCM), reducing manual interventions, eliminating fragmented systems, and improving data integrity, transparency, and reporting accuracy.
- ERP platform, across financials, people and supply chain domains that supports standardized, user-centric processes while accommodating the complexity of an academic medical center spanning clinical operations, research, finance and education.
- Provide robust out-of-the-box capabilities across core ERP domains, configurable workflows aligned to healthcare and research environments, and seamless integration with adjacent systems within a compostable enterprise architecture. 
- The platform should enable harmonized master data, enhanced financial controls, workforce lifecycle management, end-to-end procurement and inventory visibility, and scalable analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Demonstrate platform scalability, security, extensibility, and interoperability, while minimizing customization and supporting best-practice process adoption.
