The Vendor is required to provide and implement a platform for human resource information, learning management, and payroll processing (“HRIS system”) supporting the entire human resources lifecycle.
- Provide these services to health connector staff, administration, and job applicants (collectively, “customers”).
- Ensure hardware and software are properly maintained, including the maintenance of support documentation.
- Typical tasks include but are not limited to:
• Preparing software maintenance program plans;
• Managing and providing technology integration, development, and maintenance activities to support operations;
• Monitoring system operations and performance 24 hours, 7 days per week;
• Ticketing;
• Overseeing release planning, management, implementation and associated activities
• Addressing and correcting system defects;
• Establishing and maintaining multiple test environments, including those that mimic all production configuration and follow production processing to perform integration and prod-like testing with upstream and downstream systems;
• Identifying, managing and correcting systems errors;
• Deploying hot fixes as necessary;
• Maintaining the latest versions of mobile devices (i.e. Mobile phones (android and apple products), tablets and iPad and any new device technology released to the public during the window of services) for mobile device compliance testing;
• Maintaining and reporting on mobile device traffic and visits by users (including, but not limited to capturing, anonymously and without collection of any personally identifiable data, mobile device version as well as internet browsers versions used on the mobile device traffic);
• Planning and implementing software maintenance programs;
• Scheduling deployment and upgrades with minimal project and no customer disruptions;
• Installing software and security upgrades;
• Ensuring sufficient capacity to handle volume of transactions via all channels;
• Providing all staff with appropriate access to contractor systems;
• Allowing health connector resources to access the contractor’s test environments, systems and processes, including those which mimic production environments;
• Coordinating with the health connector to provide all staff with appropriate access to health connector and third-party systems;
• Integrating with third parties (should the health connector, under a future change order, choose to have the winning bidder create integrations);
• Coordinating with third parties to resolve and address system discrepancies and issues identified;
• Supporting ongoing health connector business events;
• Coordinating any response to issues with the health connector and third parties as necessary;
• Providing performance tuning;
• Reporting on up-time and planned and unplanned maintenance outages;
• Providing root cause analysis of hardware and software issues; and
• Developing and maintaining documentation for all releases, upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, and support activities.
