Nurse Call System Replacement

The Vendor is required to provide nurse call system replacement for include:
•    Requesting a minimum of 3 references for equivalent functional and performance capabilities that demonstrate the respondent’s ability to meet the requirements of this solicitation with proven experience.
•    Requiring the provider to be certified and able to provide proof of certification for our records.
•    Certified platinum partner
•    Requires telligence 7 nurse call system be designed according to ASCOM specifications.
•    Requires the provider to have offices within 120 minutes driving time to site.
•    Requires the provider to provide and install dual patient stations in rooms that have existing dual patient stations and provide and install single patient stations in rooms that have existing single patient stations.
•    Requires the provider provide, install and program dome lights where existing dome lights are located.
•    Requires the provider provide and install call cord buttons and ¼” adapter in all room locations.
•    Requires the provider provide and install nurse call station in each of four nurse stations.
•    Requires the provider provide and install emergency pull stations where existing emergency pull stations are located.
•    Requires the provider provide and install annunciator panels where existing annunciator panels are located.
•    Requires the provider to run new cat6 or better where networking cabling is required.
•    Requires the provider to decommission and remove old wiring and hardware as migration progresses or at the end of the project. 
•    Provider may use existing cable to assist with installing new cable if feasible for provider.
•    Requires the provider to document all default system usernames and passwords.
•    Requires the provider to use plenum grade cable in plenums.
•    Requires the provider to seal all new fire barrier penetrations and any reused existing fire barrier penetrations.
•    Requesting the provider to furnish ASCOM approved parts which are new and warrantied for 5 years.
•    Requires the provider provide one spare room kit for a dual patient room and one spare room kit for a single patient room for spare parts in addition to one spare dome light.
•    Requires the provider to provide preventative maintenance sessions in accordance with ASCOM best practices to keep software and hardware up to date. 
•    Sessions may be onsite or remote as negotiated.
•    Requesting that maintenance provided under this contract will ensure uninterrupted operation of the equipment and uninterrupted services provided to agency.
•    Requesting the provider to be qualified and able to remotely troubleshoot and resolve any issues with ASCOM and provide and complete all emergency security patches.
•    Requesting the provider to include the following hardware and software maintenance to equipment for the first warrantied year. 
•    After the expiration of initial year, an annual maintenance contract will need negotiated.
o    On-line and system support during the service coverage period to a customer support center for problem reporting.
o    Scheduled preventive maintenance during the service coverage period.
o    Remedial maintenance performed during the service coverage period following telephone notification by the agency to a customer support center that the equipment is inoperative, no fee structure shall be established for this service.
o    Web access to a specific knowledge base and training center.
o    Hardware, software and firmware revision upgrades.
o    Web based and on-site training
o    Web based remote diagnostics support sessions and meeting center.
•    Requesting that only the provider and agency staff are to perform maintenance or repair of the equipment, and standard and custom software.
•    Providing the provider personnel with full, free and safe access to equipment and standard and custom software for purposes of maintenance, including use of the data communications facilities.
