The Vendor is required to provide implementation and support of an integrated competency management platform solution will support agency efforts in tracking, assessing, and developing staff competencies across departments to ensure compliance, staff readiness, and continuous workforce development.
- Responsible for providing everything needed to successfully implement and operate the platform.
- This includes, but is not limited to, all required software, licenses, implementation and integration services, training, and ongoing support.
- The platform must comply with healthcare regulations and agency internal protocols.
- Services will include, but are not limited to: software implementation, configuring and integrating the software, migrating data from existing systems or spreadsheets, training administrators, managers, and end users, providing ongoing technical support, maintaining and upgrading the system, supporting change management, and assisting with best practices for adopting and integrating the tiered skills acquisition model (TSAM).
