The Vendor is required to provide to gather information regarding available cloud-based financial reporting and process automation software solutions capable of meeting the university’s needs.

• Systematic validation across the full annual comprehensive financial report (ACFR)
• Ability to validate values embedded in narrative text against financial statements
• Controls that support audit readiness and data integrity
5. Customization and presentation
• Ability to customize formatting, including:
o Logos
o Signatures
o Graphics
• Ability to generate publication-ready reports
6. Historical data management
• Ability to retain and roll forward prior-year data
• Support for multi-year reporting continuity.
