- Provide ongoing support and enhancement services across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint Online.
- Security & Compliance: Role-based access using Microsoft 365 groups; data retention; audit logging.
- Automation: Email notifications, reminders, stage transitions; optional calendar integration.
- Documentation & Handover: Solution design docs, data and security models, app/flow logic documentation.
- Workflow Design: Approval logic may be implemented directly within Power Apps and does not require use of Power Automate approval actions.
