Cloud-Based Music Education Platform

The Vendor is required to provide to secure a comprehensive, cloud-based music education platform that supports standards-based instruction, performance assessment, differentiated learning, and remote access for students and teachers.
- Platform will enhance instructional consistency across the district, provide equitable access to high-quality materials, support student growth through formative assessment, and align with district technology and data privacy standards.
- The system must provide an extensive digital music library with option to print, real-time performance feedback capabilities, classroom management tools, and integrated grading features that support K–12 instrumental and vocal music programs across the district.
- The district currently utilizes a web-based music learning platform that provides:
•    Teacher and student accounts district-wide
•    A digital library of leveled instrumental and vocal repertoire that teachers can print and distribute to students
•    Real-time performance assessment technology that evaluates pitch and rhythmic accuracy during student performance
•    Assignment creation and grading tools
•    Music composition platform that can be assigned to students
•    Classroom roster management
•    Student access from school and home devices
•    Data reporting for progress monitoring
•    The platform is currently used across the district and supports approximately 89 music educators and 2900 students’ districtwide.
- The district seeks a comprehensive, scalable music education platform that:
•    Supports instrumental and vocal music instruction (concert band, orchestra, jazz, modern band, general music, and choral settings).
•    Provides automated performance assessment with real-time feedback on pitch, rhythm, and musical accuracy.
•    Enables teachers to create classes, assign repertoire/exercises, customize assessments, and manage grading within the platform.
•    Includes a robust, standards-aligned digital music library with differentiated levels and culturally responsive repertoire.
•    Allows secure student access from district devices (Chromebooks) and personal/home devices.
•    Supports Automated Rostering and SSO via Class link.
•    Supports Co-teachers (up to 10), Enrollments at multiple schools, Enrollments at the District Office, Courses with enrollments (Staff or Students) of 0 to be expected
•    Allows authorized district staff to add additional users outside of automated rostering systems when necessary
•    Nightly roster updates expected as a minimum
•    Provides actionable data dashboards for teachers and administrators.
•    Supports accessibility features for students with diverse learning needs.
•    Ensures compliance with FERPA, COPPA, and district data privacy requirements.
•    Provides professional development for product training and implementation support as well as technical support.
