The Vendor is required to provide implement a Banner-compatible, supplier-hosted curriculum management and electronic catalog solution that streamlines curriculum governance, improves data accuracy, and enhances transparency

The absence of a unified, Banner-compatible curriculum management and catalog publishing solution limits efficiency, transparency, reporting, and long-term record retention.

The University is looking for a turnkey software solution that is already being used by other education institutions.

- The solution will integrate with existing enterprise systems and support institutional, accreditation, and reporting needs.
- Software Provision and Configuration
•    Provide a supplier-hosted, web-based curriculum management and eCatalog platform. 
•    Configure the system to support curriculum actions including create, modify, suspend, and deactivate for courses, programs, certificates, concentrations, and academic policies. 
•    Configure role-based access and approval workflows reflecting University governance structures.
- Banner and Enterprise System Integration
•    Provide and implement integrations between the CMS and Ellucian Banner using Ethos. 
•    Support data exchange for approved curriculum elements and effective-dated records. 
•    Integrate with institutional authentication systems (e.g., Single Sign-On).
- Data Migration and Validation
•    Assess existing curriculum and catalog data sources. 
•    Migrate historical and active curriculum records as agreed upon with the University. 
•    Validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness.
