Eventide Recording Solution

The Vendor is required to provide maintenance and support services for eventide communications (eventide) recording solution.
- Provide support and maintenance services of the Eventide System used for recording Port Authority radio and phone transmissions (including, but not limited to, patching and software upgrades as required in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications or as required to address known issues).
- Corrective Maintenance and Support
•    Perform user training as needed to all Port Authority personnel
•    Provide 24/7 remote support on an as needed basis.
•    Provide onsite support as needed, M-F during normal business hours
•    Provide warranty service and replacement for any defective hardware needing replacement
•    Provide all available software updates made available by manufacturer 
•    Maintain all systems at all Facilities with all salient bug fixes when published
- Preventative Maintenance
•    Perform routine monthly preventative maintenance checks of each recorder to ensure recorders are connected and recording assigned lines
•    Apply routine patches and perform server health checks
