Student Behavioral Intervention Curriculum Services

The Vendor is required to provide student behavioral intervention curriculum should focus on behavior change, prevention, and skill-building, and be suitable for delivery across multiple grade levels using flexible formats, including synchronous and asynchronous sessions, during the school day, after hours, and within classroom or alternative educational settings.
- Requirement:
•    Research-informed, developmentally appropriate program that emphasizes education, prevention, intervention, and behavior change rather than punishment alone.
•    Curriculum must be capable of serving students across multiple grade levels and be delivered through flexible implementation models. 
•    Curriculum must be developmentally appropriate and differentiated for elementary, middle, and high school students.
•    Program must support district compliance with state house bill 114 and state education code §29.906 by providing structured, research-based intervention education for students assigned as a result of substance-related disciplinary incidents.
•    Include the ability to document student participation, completion, and outcomes for district records, disciplinary documentation, and compliance monitoring. 
•    The program must allow assignment for individual students, small groups, or campus-wide prevention efforts as determined by the district.
•    The program is intended to supplement, not replace, and district disciplinary processes and consequences. 
•    The district must be able to assign and monitor student completion of the program for disciplinary purposes and maintain documentation for audit or compliance review if required.
•    The program must be suitable for assignment as part of progressive discipline, DAEP transition support, or prevention-based intervention as determined by the district.
•    The program should include optional parent engagement or parent notification components to support student behavior change and prevention.
