Enterprise Permitting, Licensing, Inspection, and Code Enforcement Software Solutions

The Vendor is required to provide regarding available enterprise software solutions to Support County’s permitting, licensing, inspection, and code enforcement operations.
- Respondents are encouraged to provide information regarding:
•    Technology platforms that support centralized application intake, workflow management, licensing administration, inspection tracking, and regulatory case management. 
•    Solutions that enhance transparency through real-time status tracking, automated notifications, and public-facing portals. 
•    Integration capabilities with existing county systems, including financial systems, GIS platforms, document management systems, workflows and payment gateways. 
•    Workflow automation tools that improve internal coordination and reduce manual processing across departments. 
•    Reporting and dashboard capabilities that support operational oversight and performance monitoring. 
•    Implementation methodologies, training approaches, and change management support services associated with system deployment. 
•    Optional professional services or expertise that may assist the county in aligning technology solutions with improved business processes.
