IBM Software Asset Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide IBM passport advantage software subscription and the IBM license metric tool (ILMT) infrastructure.
- Ongoing managed services offering activities
•    ILMT health assessment and platform support maintenance (monthly) 
•    Manage software inventory report validation for certain platforms and operating systems such as Aix, Linux, Zlinux and windows (quarterly)
o    ILMT sub-capacity software classifications baseline 
o    ILMT sub-capacity report validation and license position
•    Non-system generated reporting (semi-annually)
o    Develop product-specific workbooks and procedures based upon the non-system generated products maintained within the scope of this engagement. 
o    Complete execution activities workbooks to effectively gather and report on non-system generated product usage. 
o    Complete non-system generated report validation and license position.
