Water and Wastewater Information Management System

The Vendor is required to provide for the same or a comparable water and wastewater data management software for their three water treatment facilities to manage their water and wastewater data and build reports to help increase efficiency.
- Project Understanding and Approach 
1. The software must reduce redundant data entry and time in producing reports.
•    Provide a description of your understanding of the work and how your team will approach the project.
•    Provide a general schedule with anticipated milestones and durations if implementation is needed.
•    Identify key tasks and how they will be handled.
•    Describe your training program, schedule, customer service capabilities, etc.
•    Provide your approach to data security and disaster recovery. Confirm that all Customer data is owned by the city and provide the process for supplying this data to the city upon contract termination.
•    Provide a copy of your service level agreement (SLA).
•    Explain any anticipated challenges with the project.
