The Vendor is required to provide for the replacement and/or upgrade of its existing on premises Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) system.
- Provide a Cloud-Hosted Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution or a comparable modernized on-premises VoIP solution.
- Provide a comprehensive solution that includes, but is not limited to, the following:
o Fulfillment of all requirements outlined in the Document.
o Porting of all existing Schools-owned Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers, voicemails, and all existing configurations to the proposed telecommunications platform.
o Provisioning of end-user licenses for all applicable users.
o Support for business readiness activities, including but not limited to:
o Network readiness assessments
o Documentation and procedure updates
o End-user training materials (e.g., tip sheets)
o Deployment communications to impacted stakeholders
o Implementation of internal extension-to-extension dialing within facilities, including 911 failover capabilities in the event of site connectivity loss.
o Defined procedures for ordering and provisioning new VoIP phones and lines of service at both existing and new locations.
o “White glove” handset provisioning, including pre-programming and delivery of devices ready for deployment by Technology Services.
o Support for conference phones, audio conferencing capabilities, and call recording solutions for site based users.
o Installation and deployment of handset devices, including distribution planning and device programming.
