Public Address System

The Vendor is required to provide public address system for include:
•    This project will occur between July 2 and August 31, 2026 while most staff are out of the office. 
•    Refer to our cabling standards document below for all the board requirements for cable installations. 
•    Responsible for remedying the damage caused during their work. 
•    We have provided rough locations for the speakers and displays on floor plans that are in the appendices
•    The winning proponent will run orange cat6 cable from the network rack to the speaker and IP display locations. 
•    In the case of ceiling speakers, the proponent will run cat6 cable from the rack to the 8198 IP Poe+ ceiling speaker and will daisy chain from the 8198 up to 3 (three) 1198 city ceiling.
