The Vendor is required to provide building management and HVAC control system installation, repair, programming, and technical support services on an as-needed, on-call basis.
- Services necessary to maintain, repair, adjust and calibrate all building management systems to include but not be limited to:
• Trouble shooting, scheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance, planned obsolescence replacement.
• Upgrades and maintenance to software.
• Consultation and training via telephone.
• Installation and repair services for HVAC control system hardware and software as requested by county.
• Provide an itemized estimate to county.
• Remove all materials and debris from the premises at the end of the working 'day'.
• Coordinate with county to ensure all repairs and installation are performed in the least disruptive manner to county departments, which may include working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays after county business hours.
• Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to OSHA guidelines, using proper technique and equipment in order to preserve the safety of themselves, county staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Resolve any billing issues within five (5) business days.
• No single project may exceed a total cost of $75,000; or be split into multiple parts in an attempt to bring each part under $75,000.
• Labor, materials and any overhead must all be included when determining if a project will be under $75,000.
