RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide career exploration and planning software for include:
- Assessment tools
•    Personality based assessments – assess personality traits and link them to compatible career paths 
•    Interest inventories – measure individual’s interest and align them with various activities, industries or job roles
•    Skills assessments – evaluate proficiency in both technical (hard) and interpersonal (soft) skills relevant to different careers, such as communication, problem solving and leadership. 
•    Aptitude tests – measure natural abilities and potential for success in specific job functions or industries. 
•    Value-based assessments – explore personal values and beliefs to ensure alignment with career choices and work environments.
- Career exploration resources
•    The platform should provide comprehensive and up-to-date information on occupations, updated quarterly, including job descriptions, educational requirements, industry trends and salary expectations.
•    Net and career one stop resources are excellent examples of the type of data and information desired.
- Personalized recommendations 
•    The tool should leverage assessment results to generate personalized career recommendations and development pathways and should be printable, limited to agency administrator staff only. 
•    No offender access to printing or external pdf capabilities. 
•    PDFs are available through the offender accessible google classroom if need be or via the landing page.
- Action planning and goal setting 
•    Provide features for users to create, track and manage their career goals and development plans.
- Reporting and analytics 
•    Offer robust reporting capabilities to track user progress, identify trends and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Accessibility and user experience 
•    The platform must be accessible to a diverse user base, intuitive to navigate and provide a positive user experience.
- Timeline 
•    The project is scheduled to commence in July 2026, progressing through a mandatory technical integration period and then transitioning to a full rollout.
