The Vendor is required to provide downpayment assistance called the agency to first-time homebuyers to expand homeownership opportunities within the City.
- Provide an online platform to intake, review and approve these applications which would replace a paper-based application process.
- The platform must have an application intake process that can collect the information as outlined in the City’s agency application which must be modified from time to time.
- The platform must be able to be modified by the City or by the vendor to adjust fields and attachments as necessary when program rules change.
- It is preferred that the applicant can provide access to multiple users to access and upload documents to the application record (homebuyer, realtor, title agent).
- A single parent, defined as an individual who is unmarried or legally separated from a spouse who is pregnant, has custody of one or more minor children or who shares joint custody.
