- The system must provide real-time analytics alongside actionable instructional resources, intervention documentation, and family communication tools.
- Success in similar large-scale environments and seamless integration with agency existing Student Information System (SIS) and mandated assessments are required.
- Data Integration
• SIS integration: Seamless nightly sync with Infinite Campus for rostering, demographics, attendance, and behavior incidents.
• Assessment Ingestion: Support automated nightly data ingestion with major assessment partners.
• Historical Data: House unlimited years of historical data to track student progress longitudinally.
• Automated Data Export: Support automated nightly SFTP exports of all platforms to a shared folder for district IT use with external platforms.
- Student Data and Intervention Planning & Management
• Automated Tiering: Ability for administrators to apply cut-scores to universal screeners to automatically recommend Tier 2 or Tier 3 status.
• Teacher/Interventionist View: At-a-glance rosters showing risk levels and support plan status.
• Longitudinal Profiles: Provide a comprehensive view of student progress over multiple years, including academic assessments, behavioral incidents, attendance, support plans, and graduation readiness.
• Support Planning: Create goals aligned to best practices, generate support plans, and assign progress monitors in accordance with MTSS best practices
• Customizable Evidence-Based Library: Have an embedded library of research-based interventions (literacy, math, SEL, behavior, and attendance).
- Attendance and Early Warning Framework
• Proactive Alert System: The tool must include a framework that flags students who may be at risk based on their attendance patterns and behavioral cues before their performance declines.
• Information-Driven Attendance Culture: It should help establish an environment where attendance is managed through data by highlighting current patterns and school-wide risks for administrators.
• Preserving Learning Time: By enabling staff to recognize issues at an early stage, the system should help decrease the amount of classroom time lost and ensure students stay current with grade-level material.
