• The software must be hardware-agnostic and capable of operating on existing digital displays, monitors, or televisions.
• The solution must be suitable for continuous display in building lobbies, student centers, academic buildings, residence halls, and other high-traffic campus locations.
• No proprietary hardware dependency is preferred.
- User Interface and Accessibility
• Displays must be intuitive, visually clear, and understandable without prior training.
• The interface must be accessible to users of varying technical ability.
• The solution should not require a personal mobile device to access core information.
