Consolidated Property and Evidence Management System

The Vendor is required to provide parties, agencies, and stakeholders regarding consolidated property & evidence management system.
- Systems provide for intake, tracking, auditing, and disposal of property and evidence
- The systems support barcode and/or RFID tagging
- Systems manage:
•    Digital evidence (e.g., photos, video, audio)
•    Temporary storage, court holds, and inter-agency transfers
•    Automatic property holds based on charge or offense
•    Property movements in batches/bulk, including transfers to people and locations
- Support processing, tracking, and disposal using handheld devices
- Require special printers for generating barcodes or labels
- The solution integrate with (e.g., RMS, CAD, LIMS, court systems).
