Ticketing Company Services

The Vendor is required to provide ticketing company to contract for services related to grandstand ticket sales, gate admission sales, camping and trailer parking sales, horse stall sales, and ticket and pass scanning technology for the agency and other non-fair time events.
- Requirement:
•    Provide ticket system capable of selling online or at box office, handling sufficient sales volumes, password protected on-sales, packages, etc.
•    Provide statistical reports on sales, demographics, sales volume, peak sales, etc.
•    Sale of individual tickets and ticket packages
•    Tickets included in ticket packages must be able to be printed individually.
•    Provide barcodes for a variety of passes. 
•    Provide onsite technical support to the state during the agency, including setting up all gate admission houses with sales equipment and ticket scanners and ticket scanners at the grandstand. 
•    Provide selling equipment and scanners for eight gate admission houses and grandstand ticket box office
•    Provide seven kiosks for gate admission sales for annual state fair. 
•    Provide credential printer and system to manage credentials. 
•    Scanning technology to scan admission passes and grandstand tickets. 
•    Ability to sell grandstand tickets reserved or general admission style for annual state fair. 
•    Ability to sell tickets reserved or general admission style to non-fair time events. 
•    Ability to sell camping and trailer parking general admission style for fair and non-fair time events 
•    Ability to process state fair camping reservations. 
•    Ability to sell horse stalls reserved or general admission style for fair and non-fair time events. 
•    Provide customer support.
