The Vendor is required to provide facility management and maintenance software.
- Asset Management
• Tracking and life cycle management of physical assets; to include acquisition, depreciation, condition assessment, and replacement planning cost-effectively, while managing risk and performance.
- Facility & Preventative Maintenance / Management
• Scheduling, inspection tracking, and documentation of routine, preventative/corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal facility performance and regulatory compliance.
• The system must support scheduling, tracking, and reporting of all cleaning and janitorial activities across the facility.
- Vehicular Maintenance
• Monitoring and managing vehicle maintenance schedules, including inspections, repairs, fuel usage, and lifecycle costs.
- Fleet Inventory Management
• Oversight and control of fleet-related assets, including vehicles and associated equipment with providing real-time visibility, availability, and utilization.
- Parts Inventory
• Inventory control for parts and supplies, stock level monitoring, automated reordering, usage tracking, and overall warehouse management spend.
- Work Order Management
• Receiving, logging, and evaluation of requests based on urgency, impact, and availability of resources.
• Creation, assignment, tracking, prioritization, and reporting of work orders, including labor, materials, and time tracking.
- Vendor Management
• Manage service providers, contracts, performance metrics, and communications.
• Repository for vendor records, services agreements, and procurement.
- Resource Allocation
• Efficient scheduling and deployment of personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize operational productivity and minimize downtime.
• Deliver real-time visibility, dashboards, and reporting to support operational transparency and strategic decision-making.
