Unified Recruitment and Advertising Platform

The Vendor is required to provide unified recruitment and advertising platform that is basically “out of the box” but should be scalable to the college’s needs.
- Requirement:
•    Advertising for job postings that integrates with the NeoGov platform
o    Pulls the posting from NeoGov to the advertising platform
o    Directs the candidate to apply on the NeoGov website
•    Posts on a wide variety of advertising platforms
•    Has a candidate sourcing option where we can directly reach out to potential candidates
•    Includes comparable for other positions in the area and the like salaries
•    Has advertising reporting functions so the college can evaluate the success of the posting
•    Allows the college to set a spend amount per posting for advertising
•    Breaks down the billing into an amount that was spent per posting
•    Available customer service to contact when the college experiences issues with the platform
•    Meets or exceeds current WCAG accessibility guidelines.
