Finance and Human Capital Management ERP System Integrator

The Vendor is required to provide System Integrators (SI) with extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications and the higher education sector, to assist with an end-to-end implementation, from planning to post go-live stabilization, for select Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, HCM, and Analytics services (hitherto collectively referred to as ERP).
- Migrating to a modern cloud ERP system will deliver transformative value across the institution by providing:
•    Increased agility to innovate and adapt.
•    Increased efficiency through simplification, standardization, and automation of processes leveraging AI digital assistants and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
•    Enhanced user experiences via modern, integrated tools that streamline workflows and free capacity for higher-value activities.
•    Improved decision-making allowing timely, trusted data insights for planning and operations.
•    Reduction of risk through strengthened compliance, security, and business continuity.
- The system integrator shall not implement material design or process decisions that it believes may jeopardize project success without first documenting concerns and presenting alternatives to the University through the agreed-upon governance process.
- This engagement includes, but is not limited to:
•    Program and/or project management
•    Functional implementation (Business Process Analysis/Redesign)
•    Technical integration and product configuration
•    Required third party integrations
•    Risk management
•    Data migration, conversion, and validation
•    Reporting and Analytics
•    Security and roles
•    Change management and training
•    Testing and deployment
•    Go Live Support and Hypercare
•    Knowledge transfer
•    SI will certify that state is in compliance with Oracle licensing requirements at go-live
•    Majority of the SI services will be provided remotely

•    Student Information / Student Lifecycle (if applicable) - retrofit for items such as chart of accounts, graduate appointments (stipend and tuition waiver), and financial aid
•    Grants, Research Administration
•    Procurement & Supply Chain
•    Asset Management
•    Reporting & Analytics
