Student Transition Planning Software

The Vendor is required to provide student transition planning software for include:
•    Based on information entered by the students, the program shall write special education transition goals and plans in compliance with state and idea regulations. 
•    The program shall assess student readiness to transition from middle and high school to workforce and adulthood and remediate transition gaps.
•    The program shall provide a career-interest inventory that students can review at their own pace. 
•    The program shall provide job search functionality and provide research materials so that students can research job opportunities. 
•    The program shall provide a structure for the students to develop resumes.
•    The program must be accessible using desktop and laptop computers. 
•    The program must be accessible with a variety of operating systems including but not limited to windows, mac and iOS. 
•    The program must be accessible via a web portal using a variety of web browsers including but not limited to edge, Firefox, chrome, chromium, safari, and opera. 
•    The program must be hosted off-site on contractor-owned systems and hardware, must have no footprint internal to the state network and must not access or interface with the state network. 
•    Responsible for all maintenance of systems and hardware. 
•    The program must have functionality for department administrators (“administrators”) to create a historical report, which must be exportable.
•    The program must have functionality so that all student information is saved, accessible and downloadable by department teachers. 
•    The program must have a ninety-eight percent (98%) or greater uptime. 
•    The program must be generically and universally upgradeable as a result of natural product evolution. 
•    This requirement is inclusive of the program's underlying infrastructure.
•    The program must not have videos that require or allow the student to access the internet (such as YouTube) and must not allow contact with anyone outside of department. 
•    Videos must be embedded within the program. 
•    The program must embed into canvas LMS software.
