- This renewal will ensure continuity of configuration management, automation, compliance enforcement, and lifecycle management services currently delivered through the puppet enterprise platform.
- The organization currently utilizes puppet enterprise to manage server configuration, automate system provisioning, enforce compliance baselines, and support operational standardization across the enterprise infrastructure environment.
- Requirement access to:
•    Software updates and patches
•    Security updates
•    Vendor technical support (as defined in the subscription tier)
•    Access to knowledge base and support portal.
