Online Travel Reservation System

The Vendor is required to provide a booking engine landing page for the traveling public to book hotel, air travel, and rental car reservations originally accessed through the Website.
- Developing and providing an online travel booking engine and interface for the traveling public to book hotel, air travel, and rental car reservations originally access through the Airports Authority websites
- Provide prominent locations, on the websites to promote the booking of reservations, in exchange for a percentage of commission on materialized transactions related to reservations originally accessed through the websites.
- Provide access to all data to the Airports Authority (with the exception of cardholder data) related to reservations originally accessed through the Airports Authority websites, including all customer data collected from customers who originally accessed the online booking engine through the Airports Authority’s websites.
- Provide application program interface (APIs) for the Airports Authority to pull bookings data for reservations.
- Developed pages shall be fully responsive and functional across all modern browsers, tablets, and mobile devices, and the proposed design must be compatible and optimized for Apple iOS, Windows Mobile, and Android platforms— including mobile phones, Android tablets and iPads— meeting minimum requirements of supporting the latest stable versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and the latest plus one previous major version of iOS and Android.
- Must hold the copyright, license or be able to provide evidence of fair use of all images placed on booking landing pages.
- Responsible for all credit card transactions, associated customer service, and PCI compliance for the online travel booking engine/interface.
- Responsible for tracking all transactions originally accessed through the Airports Authority’s websites and establishing and maintaining adequate controls to ensure all transactions are captured.
