Facial Recognition System

The Vendor is required to provide the installation of the access control management software facial recognition readers and software, and standard hid readers.
- Requirement:
1. Onsite work:
•    Unpacking, installing, configuring, and testing of the on-premises access control solution, access control management software, facial recognition readers, and the standard hid readers.  
•    The three (3) units will be installed at the data center.  
•    There are two (2) units with the facial recognition device and card reader for the data center entry points, and one (1) unit with one (1) standalone card reader for the fire suppression room entry point.
•    All hardware, software and accessories or other bundled items not listed here will be installed and implemented in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
•    Responsible, at their expense, for obtaining all governmental licenses or permits that may be required for carrying out the installation at the district facilities. 
•    Must have a valid contractor license and insurance.
2. After installation
•    A listing of all components that were installed including equipment type, model number, location, name, and license number if applicable.
•    The manufacturer's valid country warranties.
•    Certification that all components are installed and operating properly according to manufacturer’s specifications.
•    All documentation, reference and operating manuals pertaining to the operation of the equipment.
•    All technical support availability and telephone numbers.
•    Satisfactorily prove that all provided equipment is not black market or gray market.
•    A demonstration of the installed solution is functioning as designed.
•    Knowledge transfer of the solution to data center administration unit personnel.  
•    Training will include:
o    Creating admin and users for access control solution
o    Enrolling current credentials into the system
o    Creating and removing users for access
o    Creating access levels
o    Creating schedules
o    Running reports
o    Database backup.
