Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise Asset Management Systems

The Vendor is required to provide to replace its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems with modern, cloud‑based solutions that streamline operations, align processes to industry standards, and reduce long‑term technical debt.
- This program will consolidate and modernize all existing ERP and EAM capabilities, enhancing operational efficiency, improving data accessibility, and supporting long-term cost effectiveness by retiring legacy infrastructure, reducing upgrade and maintenance burdens, and enabling an integrated platform that strengthens agency ability to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective utility services.
- Replace its current ERP and EAM software; through this competitive process, Oracle Fusion was selected as the preferred ERP solution and IBM Maximo Application Suite as the preferred EAM solution. 
- The implementation will follow a phased approach—beginning with ERP and subsequently addressing EAM—and includes end to end services such as process design, system configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and stabilization.
