Mapping Software

The Vendor is required to provide mapping software that provides a wayfinding map for our new training academy in state.
- Information to perform market research related to the electronic mapping the agency’s property and buildings, to include a detailed map of the interior of each building.
- The electronic map would be accessible with an internet connection.
- The vendor would set up all information into their software and then provide support as changes need to be made unless they allow for training to manage the software internally.
- General requirements
•    Visitor walks into the main building on campus, and they can scan a QR code. 
•    The code would then bring up a map of the campus. 
•    The map will show all buildings with the building name and description of the building, such as what occurs in that building. 
•    They map should show all public restrooms. 
•    The vendor will input all the information department provides them and we would want the vendor to train someone at department to manage the software once it is all set up.
•    Department may even consider the vendor updating the information in the software for an annual fee if they don’t allow department to make edits. 
•    We would like the software to show the inside of the buildings also and each floor that can be accessed. 
•    Not just a floor plan but the actual look through images. 
•    We would like the map to be in 3d 
•    We need way finding capabilities in the map to walk or drive to each location on the campus.
