The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) market intelligence and analytics solution capable of supporting organizational research, analysis, and decision-making needs.
- Solution should include the following capabilities:
1. Company financial information
• Historical and current financial statements for publicly listed companies;
• Ownership structures, parent–subsidiary relationships, and affiliated entities;
• Executive management and board of director profiles; and
• Company valuation metrics and capital structure information.
2. Sectoral and industry intelligence
• Sector performance data with granularity to at least the four-digit NAICS level;
• Global, national, and regional sector trends, with comparative analysis across jurisdictions; and
• Market share data and competitive landscape indicators
3. Infrastructure and new development activity
• Information on significant global and regional infrastructure projects;
• Investment announcements and project pipelines;
• Public–private partnership (p3) data, where available; and
• Policy, regulatory, or legislative developments impacting sectors and markets.
4. Global news and media monitoring
• Real-time and historical news coverage;
• Industry, financial, economic, and political news relevant to global and regional markets; and
• Curated feeds and thematic filtering options to support targeted monitoring and analysis.
5. Market insights and investment flow data
• Global investment and capital flow data;
• Inbound and outbound investment trends by sector and geography; and
• Analytical tools to support identification of emerging markets and investment opportunities.
