Digital Billboard Services

The Vendor is required to provide to replace its existing billboard with a new two-sided digital billboard campus grounds to improve visibility, communication, and overall effectiveness. 
- The upgraded structure will feature a 45-foot pylon supporting a double-sided led display, new poles and foundation and framing, a top sign cabinet positioned above the led screen, and an additional illuminated sign cabinet installed between the poles.
- Base bid option:
•    Removal of the existing billboard, with the option to either leave it on-site or transport it to a scrap facility. 
•    Installing an entirely new pole structure built to engineering specifications by awarded vendor. 
•    Foundation and framing to be signed and sealed by awarded vendor engineer. 
•    Fabricate and install a 3’ x 36’ top illuminated cabinet, constructed from steel with aluminum sheet fabrication. 
•    The cabinet face will feature 20oz flex material with full led illumination. 
•    Fabricate and install an illuminated sign cabinet, adjusted to the required dimensions, to be mounted between the two pole structures, displaying the school district logo. 
•    Install a 9’ x 36’ two-sided p8 SMD led screen with wireless connectivity for remote control of images and videos.
