Risk Management Information System

The Vendor is required to provide competitive negotiations for the implementation of a modern, cloud-native, AI enabled Risk Management Information System (RMIS) Platform that consolidates risk, safety, claims, insurance, compliance, and analytics into a single integrated ecosystem.
 - The current system provides core RMIS functionality, agency has identified opportunities to further evolve its operating model, including:
•    Deeper use of automation and intelligence to reduce manual effort
•    More advanced analytics and early risk identification capabilities
•    Improved usability and adoption for frontline and occasional users
•    Faster insight generation across claims, safety, and compliance
•    Greater flexibility to adapt workflows as agency and its affiliate’s operations and risk profile evolve.
- Unified, intelligent platform that:
•    Serves as the system of record for risk, claims, safety, compliance, and insurance
•    Uses automation and AI to reduce manual work, including intelligent mobile-first data capture
•    Enables early identification of emerging risk and claim severity through real-time, field-level intake
•    Provides actionable insights rather than static reporting
•    Is configurable, scalable, and flexible as agency operations evolve
•    Anticipates and generates guided claims tasks based on incident and/or claim type.
- Incident and Event Management
•    The platform shall support enterprise-wide intake and management of incidents, near misses, injuries, hazards, and property damage across all facilities.
•    Desired outcomes include:
o    Fast, intuitive intake from any device
o    Support for text, photo, video, and document capture
o    Automated triage, routing, and notifications
o    Root cause analysis and corrective action tracking
o    Seamless escalation from incident to claim when appropriate
•    Offerors should describe how AI or automation accelerates intake, improves data quality, and identifies patterns or risk indicators.
- Safety, Loss Prevention, and Training
•    The platform should support proactive safety and loss prevention programs, including:
o    Mobile inspections and audits
o    Hazard identification and corrective actions
o    Training and certification tracking
o    Act recordkeeping and electronic reporting
