- Real-time Reporting, Analytics, and Integration capabilities with existing systems such as Cartegraph, eP&L, Hansen, Routeware, & Esri GIS.  
- Joint Reporting/Interested Party capability to join an existing report to receive updates and the ability to add updates to an existing report.  
- Mobile App Push Notifications & Automated notification capabilities. 
- Duplicate Request Management capabilities. 
- Staff Mobile App/capabilities to process reports in field.  
- AI capabilities to assist system users with reporting.  
- AI capabilities to assist departments with report processing SLA Setting capabilities.
