Inventory Platform

The Vendor is required to provide a cloud-based inventory management platform.
- Project is to implement a centralized, user-friendly system that enables efficient tracking, management, and distribution of inventory across multiple locations.
- Solution must be a vendor- hosted (SaaS) platform accessible via a web browser and mobile device. 
- The City is not seeking custom-built or developer-created solutions, but rather a well-established, market ready platform with proven functionality in inventory management.
- At present, inventory tracking is conducted through manual processes and basic tools (e.g., spreadsheets), resulting in limited visibility into total inventory levels, stock distribution, and reorder needs.
- Core Requirements:
•    Cloud-based (SaaS), web-accessible platform.
•    User-friendly and intuitive interface.
•    Mobile application (required).
•    Multi-location inventory tracking (minimum of 6 locations).
•    Product categorization and organization capabilities.
•    Manual and bulk upload functionality (CSV or similar).
•    Barcode scanning functionality.
•    Role-based user access for approximately 12 users.
•    Inventory alerts (low stock, restock, reorder reminders).
•    Order fulfillment and internal distribution tracking.
- Integration Requirements:
•    Required integration with Square.
•    Synchronization of inventory levels and sales data.
•    Real-time integration preferred; batch-based acceptable.
- Additional Functional Preferences:
•    API Capabilities (e.g., REST API) preferred.
•    Reporting and analytics features.
•    Support for inventory audits and cycle counts.
•    Primarily non-serialized inventory, with optional serialized tracking.
- Implementation & Support:
•    Full system implementation and onboarding.
•    Data setup and limited migration from spreadsheets/manual records.
•    Staff training and onboarding support.
•    Ongoing technical support.
