- At present, inventory tracking is conducted through manual processes and basic tools (e.g., spreadsheets), resulting in limited visibility into total inventory levels, stock distribution, and reorder needs.
- Core Requirements:
• Cloud-based (SaaS), web-accessible platform.
• User-friendly and intuitive interface.
• Mobile application (required).
• Multi-location inventory tracking (minimum of 6 locations).
• Product categorization and organization capabilities.
• Manual and bulk upload functionality (CSV or similar).
• Barcode scanning functionality.
• Role-based user access for approximately 12 users.
• Inventory alerts (low stock, restock, reorder reminders).
• Order fulfillment and internal distribution tracking.
- Integration Requirements:
• Required integration with Square.
• Synchronization of inventory levels and sales data.
